Waited a long time for breakfast and then it was put away earlier than indicated. When the toast was served, the buffet was already half empty. Staff already set the table for the evening during breakfast and were more busy with it than with the guests who were still eating. Way too expensive for what was offered!!

Fantastic hotel with excellent staff in particularly the receptionist who was really helpful and good Wi-Fi. Good and stunning location close enough to Sidmouth and the high street shops with free parking. Also, easy to get to Sidmouth Beach.

Location right on the beach, bay window in a double room
Balcony in double room small and not inviting; bathroom very small; rooms renovated, but still look old; especially older guests

Fantastic two night stay over the bank holiday, location is perfect ,
Comfortable bed , very clean well appointed room with en-suite, we stayed in room 117 with a rear view, large bathroom with separate shower cubicle and roll top bath, the whole hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful,we stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and loved it, the evening menu was limited but looked delicious if your looking for a quiet hotel with sea views right on the sea front, look no further!
